Ministry Application

You will need to fill out a ministry application to serve in leadership.

Police Check

As a new leader you will need to submit a type of police check called a “Police Vulnerable Sector Check” (PVSC) that is dated within the last 3 years. If you have not submitted a vulnerable sector check, see the instructions below.

Policy Training

You will need to take our policy training to serve in leadership to children or youth. We encourage you to take our online policy training through our Queensway Learning platform. If you cannot take the online training, you may arrange with the church office to take it in person.
